What is your online return policy?
We accept items in new condition with original boxes for a refund of the items only not shipping. Return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.
You have 14 days from the ship date to have your return postmarked back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note we do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the box or if there are any scratches or sign of wear to jewelry.
We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
How do I return an order from within the U.S.?
For your return, please email us directly at email@example.com and request a refund. If your order is within the selected timeframe without significant damage we will process your refund and provide you with instructions on how to mail your package back.
* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the pieces, please reach out to us before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item from my order?
Yes! If you want to swap an item for a new size or color, you can create an exchange. Only U.S orders paid in full by credit card are eligible for exchanges. This does not include Apple Pay, PayPal, or e-gift card orders.
Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned at a USPS location 14 days from the ship date to avoid being charged.
How do I create an exchange?
To create an exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to setup an exchange. Please note if shipping for the new item is not covered under the exchange unless the original piece was damaged.
What is shop credit?
If you wish to return your items for credit you may do so as well. Please contact us at email@example.com to process your credit.
Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned at a USPS location 14 days from the ship date to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer USPS shipping to all of the US. We have several shipping options available during checkout. If you have a special case please don't hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you sorted out quickly.
How fast is your U.S. shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date , or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S. You can select Next Day Air for 35.00 USD at checkout. See the chart below for delivery information. This shipping cost is nonrefundable. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please select the PO Box checkbox in the Address section during checkout.
International Shipping Customs & Tariff Fees?
When shipping internal, the customer is responsible for any and all customs and tariff fees. If package is held at customs, Arlo is not responsible for any refunds.
